Part 2 - Final Zbrush Pose and Maya Pose:
Maya Pose - Although building the skeleton and skin weighing really takes a lot of efforts and time, overall I feel this is a better method to pose the character because there are so much more control with the skeleton structure system built in. It also brings in the animation functions too which is a plus.
ZBrush Pose - this method is a lot easier, but it's not functioning as good as Maya skeleton system is.
Results look pretty good! Staff needs to be posed on the Maya one. And fingers should be holding the object. Hand feels a bit stiff on the ZBrush version. Overall looking pretty good! :)
ReplyDeleteThank you, Nick! I just realized that I didn't add the skeleton for his main finger. I have been watching your tutorials of using dynamesh in Zbrush to build character, it's really cool!!
